Returns and Exchanges

You may return any products you have ordered from our online shop within 14 days from receipt of delivery. Customers are responsible for cost of shipping for returns. 

All goods returned for refund must be unused with original packaging intact.

Customers are advised to obtain proof of postage when returning goods. Katrin Uri cannot be held responsible for returned goods being lost in transit without proof of postage.

Refund will be made within 14 days after we have received the product from you. 

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not match with these critetia:

1. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
2. Place the product in a manner that protects it from damages during transport.
3. Fill out the return form, and enclose return form and the original sales receipt to the product.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
